摘　　要：目的研究吴茱萸药材高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱的测定方法。方法A lltim a C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相∶乙腈∶甲醇∶水(2.0%四氢呋喃+0.4%醋酸)=45∶3∶52;检测波长:225 nm;流速:1.0 m l/m in;柱温:25℃。结果HPLC指纹图谱共有8个色谱峰(RSD≤3%),符合有关规定。结论所建立的HPLC指纹图谱为吴茱萸的质量控制提供了更全面的信息,并为吴茱萸及含吴茱萸药材的中成药指纹图谱研究奠定了基础。Objective To study the HPLC fingerprint of Fructus Evodiae. Methods Chromatographic conditions included Alhima C18 column and the mobile phase composed of a mixture of acetonitrile carbinol water. Detection wavelength at 225nm. The mobile phase flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results The HPLC fingerprint consisted of 8 peaks （RSD ≤3 % ） , and reached to some relevant provision. Conclusion The method can provide more information for the quality control of Fructus Evodiae, and it may be practically valuable for the quality control of sample for Fructus Evodiae and it＇s preparation.
