摘　　要：目的以临床常用的中成药牛黄解毒片为基础,研究多层片的制备工艺,避免处方中挥发性成分冰片在制备、贮存过程中的损失。方法在实验中将冰片用β-环糊精包合压制内层片芯,其余七味药做外层包裹压制而成多层片。结果通过对包药率以及冰片含量的测定,确定了牛黄解毒多层片的生产工艺。结论β-环糊精包合技术可以减少冰片的损失。Objective Basing on the prescription of Niuhuang Jiedu Tablet, to study processing technology of its multi-layer tablet, so as to induce the lose of borneol. Methods Borneol was packed with β-Cyclodextrin pack matching as inside layer, rest sevmedicine were supressed as outside layer. Results Multi - layer precessing technology of Niuhuang Jiedu Tablet was established. Conclusion The technology can reduce the lose of borneol.
