摘  要:目的确定黄芩清肺汤抗菌、抗病毒活性组分的有效剂量配比。方法采用体内实验方法,观察各受试样品的抗病毒、抗菌作用。结果黄芩提取物、栀子提取物、二者不同剂量比例的混合物以及黄芩栀子合提物均具有抗甲、乙型流感病毒、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎双球菌的作用。黄芩栀子合提物的有效剂量大于其它提取物(或混合物)。黄芩提取物、栀子提取物以3∶1组成的混合物药效作用较其它受试物为优。结论黄芩清肺汤抗菌、抗病毒活性组分的有效剂量配比为3∶1。Objective To determine the optimal active component proportion of Huangqin Qingfei Decoction against virus and bacteria. Methods To observe the anti - virus and anti - bacteria of experimental sample respectively in vivo. Results These samples such as the extraction from Scutellaria baicalensis or Gardenia jasminoides respectively, the extraction admixtures of different proportion, and the extraction from Scutellaria baicalensis and Gardenia jasminoides together, showed the actions against Ⅰ,Ⅱ type flu virus, staphylococcus aureus or pneumococcus. The largest dosage was that of the extraction from Scutellaria baicalensis and Gardenia jasminoides together. The excellent proportion was that of the extraction from Scutellaria baicalensis three times of the extraction from Gardenia jasminoides. Conclusion The optimal active component proportion of Huangqin Qingfei Decoction against virus and bacteria is the extraction from Scutellaria baicalensis three times of the extraction from Gardenia jasminoides.
