摘　　要：目的观察新鱼腥草钠注射液治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法将125例小儿肺炎患儿随机分为两组,治疗组采用新鱼腥草钠注射液治疗;对照组采用利巴韦林注射液治疗。结果治疗组总有效率96.72%;对照组总有效率78.13%,两组总有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论新鱼腥草钠注射液疗效显著、用药安全,是目前治疗小儿肺炎较理想的药物之一。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sodium New Houtturyfonate Injection on pcdopneumonia . Methods 125 patients with pedopneumonia were divided into two groups at random. Treatment group was given Sodium New Houttryfonate Injection ,control group was given Virazole injection. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 96.72% and 78.13% ,resptectively. The effect of treatment group was better than control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Sodium New Honttuyfonatc Injection is a good and safe drug in the treatment of pedopneumonia.
