摘　　要：大型药用真菌中不少种类能显著降低血脂水平,并且有副作用小或食药同源的特点,是开发安全降脂新药的潜在资源。该文对具有降脂作用的大型药用真菌种类、有效成分及其作用机理的研究进展进行了综述。Many medicinal mushrooms possess noticeable activities of lowering hyperlipidemia with negligible side-effects or even as food sources. These mushrooms are the potential resource for further development of anti-hyperlipidemia drugs. In this review, we summarized these mushrooms with actions and introduced their active ingredients as well as the anti-hyperlipidemia mechanisms.
