摘  要:应用5%的NaCl盐雾腐蚀、浸泡腐蚀试验和电化学方法,研究了Fe、Ni、Cu杂质元素对AXJ530镁合金耐蚀性的影响。盐水和盐雾腐蚀试验结果表明,当合金中Fe和Cu的质量分数分别小于69×10-6时,AXJ530镁合金的耐蚀性几乎没有受到影响;而当Ni的质量分数大于3×10-6时,合金的耐蚀性明显下降。Fe或Cu的加入导致了合金的腐蚀表面出现了蜂窝状的腐蚀坑,而Ni的加入导致合金的腐蚀表面出现了很多点蚀坑。极化曲线试验中,Fe和Ni对腐蚀电流的影响规律和盐雾与盐水浸泡腐蚀试验中基本一致,而Cu对腐蚀电流没有明显的影响。Effects of Fe,Ni and Cu on corrosion resistance of AXJ530 magnesium alloy have been investigated by a 5% NaCl slat spray testing and a 5% NaCl salt water immersion testing as well as in an electrochemical method. The effects of Fe and Cu contents less than 6.9×10~ -5 on the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy can be almost ignored while the corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy is greatly deteriorated wit Ni content more than 3×10~ -6 in both 5% NaCl salt water immersion and the 5% NaCl salt spray environment. Fe or Cu addition can create some alveolate pit in specimen surface of the AXJ530 magnesium alloy and Ni addition can create corrosive pitting. Effects of Fe and Ni on corrosive current density in polarization curves are very similar to those of both in the 5% salt water immersion testing and in the 5% NaCl salt spray testing, however, the effect of Cu on corrosive current density is almost ignored.
