摘　　要：目的探讨急性肾盂肾炎的超声表现。方法回顾性分析52例经临床和实验室检查确诊的急性肾盂肾炎患者的声像图资料,重点分析肾盂壁声像变化。结果本组52例急性肾盂肾炎中有39例显示肾盂壁增厚,声像图表现有3种形式:“双线征”、“低回声带征”及“三线征”。结论利用肾盂壁增厚等声像改变,结合临床及实验室检查可进行急性肾盂肾炎的超声诊断,尤其对于临床表现不典型的病例,诊断意义更大。Objective To evaluate the ultrasonographic appearance of acute pyelonephritis.Methods The sonographic features mainly the renal pelvic wall changes in 52 cases with acute pyelonephritis diagnosed by clinical and laboratory examination were reviewed and analysed. Results Thirty-nine of 52 cases demonstrated thickened renal pelvic wall which were divided into three forms. double thread sign, the low echo strip-like sign and triple thread sign. Conclusions By integration of the renal pelvic wall thickness, the clinical appearance and the laboratory data, we can make diagnosis of acute pyelonephritis on ultrasound, which is more significant especially for atypical cases of the disease.
