摘  要:用乳液聚合方法制备了含羟基的反应性微凝胶。运用BP神经网络对交联单体三乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、十一烯酸用量与交联度的关系进行了分析。讨论了乳化剂对微凝胶稳定性的影响及操作方法对微凝胶交联度、羟基分布的影响。同时发现制备的微凝胶粉末在水中具有良好的再分散性。Reactive micro-gels containing hydroxyl group were prepared by emulsion copolymerization, in which glycidyl methacrylate, triethylene glycol diacrylate and undecylenic acid were used as crosslinking monomers. The BP neural network was employed to analyze the relationship between the crosslinking monomers and crosslinking degree. The influence of emulsifiers on the stability of the micro-gels and the influence of the adding methods of monomers on crosslinking degree and distribution of hydroxyl group in micro-gel particles were also discussed. The micro-gels powder exhibited excellent redispersability in water.
