摘 要:基于甲醛在镍电极上的电催化氧化对鲁米诺电化学发光的增强,制备了检测雨水中甲醛的电化学发光传感器。该传感器对甲醛的响应时间小于1min,对甲醛的浓度响应范围在7.82×10^-8~2.35×10^-6mol·L^-1(2.35~70.4μg·L^-1),检测限4.70×10^-8mol·L^-1(1.41μg·L^-1),相对标准偏差6.9%;传感器用于雨水中甲醛含量的测定,回收率94%~107%。The determination of formaldehyde (HCHO) in rain water by an electrochemiluminescence (ECL) sensor based on the electrocatalytic oxidation of HCHO at a nickel electrode was studied. The mechanism of ECL and quantification method of HCHO were investigated. The response time of the sensor to HCHO was less than 1 min. The ECL emission intensity enhanced by the electrocatalytic oxidation of HCHO at potential of 550 mV was proportional to the concentration of HCHO in the range from 7.82 )〈 108to 2.35× 10^-6 mol · L^-1 (2.35~70.4 μg ·L^-1), with detection limit of 4. 70 × 10^-8 mol · L^-1 (1.41 μg · L^-1). The relative standard deviation (R. S. D. ) was less than 6.9% (n=5) and the recovery was 94%~107% for the determination of HCHO in rain water samples.
