摘  要:研究了碳纳米管的加入对尼龙基体结晶性能和晶型转变的影响。通过WAXD和DSC测试表明,碳纳米管的加入使复合材料的结晶出现多重性,并且在外力牵引过程中在一定程度上阻碍了晶型的转变;同时还使尼龙的熔限变宽,并使得结晶温度升高,结晶温度范围变宽,结晶更加容易;另外材料的结晶度和熔点有了一定程度的提高。Crystal structure of nylon 1212/carbon nanotube composites was studied. The composite was fabricated by extruding and pulling force, and then tested by WAXD and DSC. It was concluded that when the CNTs were added in nylon, the crystal of this composite becomes multiplex when the composite was under tension force, the transformation of crystalline phase would be hindered and the temperature window for crystallization was broadened. Also, the melting point and the degree of crystallization were increased.
