摘　　要：随着全球移动通信系统移动通信网络的迅速普及,基于短消息业务的各种应用也蓬勃发展起来。具体研究了基于GSM网络短消息业务的无线抄表系统组成结构、工作过程以及控制中心的VB程序的设计,同时简要介绍了移动通信模块、短消息各字段的含义以及短消息业务存在的问题和发展前景。As the communication network of the global mobile communication system moves fast popularization, various use based on short message service item develop vigorously too. This paper discusses the composition structure, working course and the VB programming of the controlling center of the wireless meter reading system based on short message service of GSM network. It also simply introduces mobile communication module,the meaning of short messages＇ every word and now existing questions and developing future of short message service.
