摘　　要：研究开发通用试题库管理系统对推动教学改革有着积极的促进作用。在此主要探讨利用Visual Foxpro软件如何进行通用试题库管理系统研究开发的问题。首先根据实际需要提出通用试题库应用系统的数据库表结构的设计及主要功能设计,主要功能模块包括基础信息管理、题库管理、试卷生成、试卷管理及系统帮助5大模块。最后对核心部分的题库管理与组卷策略方面提出自己的设计思想及其实现方法。Research and Development（R ＆ D） on general exam- paper database management system can actively stimulate the teaching reform. This paper discusses the R＆D on general exam - paper database management system using Visual Foxpro. First,it puts forward the design on database table structure and the main function on the general exam - paper database application system according to the actual demand,including the following five modules：basic information management ,exam-paper database management, exam- paper formation, exam- paper management and system help. Finally, it brings forward its own designing ideas and the implementation approach on the hard cores： Exam- paper database management and exam -paper organization strategies.
