摘　　要：无线视频监控系统是视频监控的新方向,无线局域网能够提供足够的带宽进行视频流传输,但是安全性和传输距离是制约利用无线局域网进行视频监控的重要因素。讨论基于WEP和WPA的无线网络传输安全和用户认证,并利用无线分布式系统来拓展无线局域网的传输范围,从而较好地解决了这两个问题。该解决方案已用于实际系统,并取得良好效果。Wireless video surveillance system is the direction of video surveillance,enough bandwidth can be provided by Wireless Local Area Network （WLAN）,but security and transmitting scope are two key factors preventing the application of WLAN. Both the problems are discussed in this paper. The wireless network security and user authentication based on WEP and WPA are introduced,the scope is also extended using wireless extended system. The solution has practical usage with excellent effect.
