摘 要:本文观察了急慢性热暴露后培养乳鼠心肌细胞钙内流、钙调素(CaM)及Ca ̄(2+)-ATP酶活性的变化。结果表明:热暴露后Ca ̄(2+)跨心肌细胞肌膜内流增加,细胞匀浆Ca ̄(2+)-ATP酶活性具有下降趋势,活性CaM含量下降,致心肌细胞内游离钙浓度升高。提示:热暴露后心肌细胞钙稳态发生改变,并可能是心肌细胞损伤的重要原因之一。慢性热暴露后心肌细胞对热损害的反应性有所降低、适应性有所增强。he ̄(45) Ca influx,active calmodulin content and activity of Ca ̄(2+) A TPase from cuIturedcardiomyocytes of neonatal rats after exposure to 37℃,43℃ 40 minutes for 1 time and 10times respectively in vitro were measured.The results showed that :(1)the activity of Ca ̄(2+)-ATPase had a tendency to decrease after increase of the exposed temperature;(2)after ex-posed to 43 ℃,the mean fluorescent intensity of cardiomyocytes, which represents relativelyactive calmodulin content,was decreased;(3)the ̄(45) Ca uptake in 5 minutes and 120 minutes at43℃ increased significantly, as compared with that at 37℃,It is suggested that the increased Ca ̄(2+) inflow and decreased content of active calmodulin lead to the increase of intracellularfree Ca ̄(2+) concentration,i.e., the change of intracellular rcalcium homeostasis,which may beone of the main causes of cardiac functional disorder in heat exposure.
