摘 要:试验随机选取138头迪卡配套系猪B系、216头三江白猪和192头亚洲野猪提取基因组DNA进行聚合酶链式反应,得到RYR_1基因特异片段,经过双酶切鉴定,测得Hal^N基因频率分别为87.31%、92.13%、92.97%;Hal^n的基因频率分别为12.69%、7.87%、7.03%。然后对3种氟烷基因型的猪进行肉质鉴定。138 DIKERS,216 white pigs, 198 Sus scrofa were selected randomly, selecting blood samples from Sanjang White pigs,the DNA were distilled in blood and purified , by PCR amplified and enzyme digestied , the genotypes of RYR1 was analysised. The results indicated that : after conditioning optimized by PCR , a fragment of 659 bp was amplified by PCR , the fragment was digested by Hha Ⅰ and HgiA Ⅰ , three genotypes of Hal^N Hal^N , Hal^N Hal^n, Hal^n Hal^n were gained . The frequency of HalN genotype among three species was 87.31% ,92.13% ,92.97% in turn . The frequency of Haln genotype was 12.69%, 7.87% ,7.03%.
