摘　　要：用人绒毛膜促性腺激素或人免疫球蛋白作为抗原,经小剂量、多次免疫Balb/c鼠,并于其腹腔内注射NS-1骨髓瘤细胞,制备了大量高效价的鼠源性多克隆抗体腹水.该实验为快速制备大量鼠源性多克隆抗体提供了一种新的方法.Multiple murine polyclonal antibodies of high titer against human chorionic gonadotropin and human immunoglobin were produced by using the methods of immunizing Balb/c multiple times with small dose antigen, hCG or human immunoglobin, and injecting NS-1 myeloma cells intraperitoneally. The experiment recommends a new and fast way to produce enough murine polyclonal antibodies.
