摘　　要：通过对装置同步测量技术基本概念的介绍,结合了IEC61850标准的研究,分析了PMU装置在变电站间隔层中的应用,提出通过PMU装置的同步测量技术在变电站间隔层中实现测量数据共享,改进现有控制和保护的技术模式,提高变电站的自动化能力。The synchronous phasor t technology that is used in the Phase Measurement Unit （PMU） is presented, and the IEC 61850 standard is studied. Based on that, it is proposed that the synchronous phasor measurement technology can be used to realize sharing of measured data in the bay level of substations. The current technical modes of control and protection can thus be improved, as well as the automation level of substations.
