摘  要:介绍了北京高井热电厂1、2号汽轮机组改造中低压通流部分应用了蜂窝式汽封的情况。阐述了蜂窝式汽封的结构特点,具体应用部位。通过改造解决了低压前、后轴封漏汽掉真空问题,增强叶顶汽封的去湿效果,提高了机组的经济性和安全性。Honeycomb glands were used in the L.P. flow path of Huaneng Beijing Gaojing Cogeneration Power Plant' s steam turbine No. 1 and No.2 during updating processes. The honeycomb glands' structural features and the location of their application are here delineated. As a result of the reconstruction, the problem of drooping vacuum, caused by L.P. shaft glands' steam leakage, is solved, the moisture removal effect of the blade tip seals is improved and the operational efficiency as well as operational safety have been raised.
