激素替代疗法对妇女绝经期症状与子宫及其循环的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察激素替代疗法对妇女绝经期症状、子宫及其循环的影响。方法：３０例病人分２组，使用贴皮及口服雌孕激素前后，观察子宫体积、内膜厚度，Ｋｕｐｐｅｒｍａｎ评分，血清Ｅ２、ＦＳＨ、彩超测子宫动脉搏动指数及阻力指数；用ｔ检验统计。结果：用雌孕激素后，Ｋｕｐｐｅｒｍａｎ评分，子宫动脉搏动指数及阻力指数明显下降，子宫体积无变化，子宫内膜增厚，已上升，ＦＳＨ下降；口服组改善血脂构成。结论：激素替代疗法可改善绝经期症状，降低子宫循环阻力，增加子宫血供；口服者可改善血脂构成。Objective:Our purpose was to study the effects of postmenopausal hormone replacement therapy(oral and transepidermal)on the symptoms of postmenopausal,uterus and uterine circulation.Methods:There were 30 women,Color Doppler ultrasonography with a transvaginal probe was used to measure the size of uterus,the thickness of endometrium and the uterine artery pulsatility index and re-sistance index,We made out Kupperman index according to the patients, complaint. Results:Kupper-man index,the uterine artery pulsatility index and resistance index decreased markly after hormone re-placement therapy was used. The thickness of endometrium increased but the volume of uterus had no change. Conclusion:Hormone replacement therapy could release the symptoms of postmenopausal, de-creased the uterine artery pulsatility index and resistance index,and increase the thickness of endometri-um. It had no effect on the vnlume of uterus.
