女婴肛瘘的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的：阐述小儿肛瘘的病因、特点及直肠内修补术治疗女婴肛瘘的优点。方法：采用直肠内修补术治疗女婴肛瘘１２８例。结果：一次手术成功率为９０．６％。结论：直肠内修补术治疗女婴肛瘘，术式简单、易操作，术后不影响女婴排便功能。Objective:To describe the cause,characteristic of anal fistula in infamts and the advantage of repairing the fistula through rectum in female infants,Methods:Treatment of 128 cases of anal fistu-la in female infants by repairing it through rectum,Results: Success rate is 90.5%with the first opera-tion. Conclusion:It is a simple and easy operation without any influence on defecation to treat anal fis-tulain female infants by repairing through rectum.
