摘  要:目的研究虚寒证的差异基因表达谱。方法选择1个家系虚寒证进行基因芯片实验,并通过GO、KEGG、BioCarta等数据库对结果进行信息挖掘。结果获得差异基因表达谱79条,其中GO数据库能登陆的有23条,通过KEGG、BioCarta信息挖掘发现与15条通路相关。结论从家系角度开展中医证候研究具有积极意义,虚寒证以代谢基因表达异常为主体,同时也影响了代谢通路。Objective To research differential gene expression profile of deficiency-cold syndrome. Methods We hand-picked a pedigree of deficiency-cold syndrome,adopted a scheme of direct comparison schemes to do microarray experiment,dealt with the result through several databases such as GO,KEGG,BioCarta. Results 79 differential expression genes were obtained, in which 23 genes could be landed in GO and 15 pathways were found in KEGG and BioCarta database. Conclusion It is of great significance to research syndrome through gene expression of pedigree.Differential gene expression profiling of deficiency- cold syndrome mainly involves in metabolism;at the same time,it also influences the pathways of metabolism.
