消白冲剂对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾组织的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨消白冲剂治疗慢性肾炎的作用机理。方法应用Bertani氏方法制作阿霉素肾病大鼠模型,以保肾康作对照组,观察消白冲剂治疗组对阿霉素肾病大鼠动物模型的肾脏病理结构的影响。结果消白冲剂能明显降低24h尿蛋白的排泄,改善肾脏结构,促进肾小球病理损害的修复。结论消白冲剂具有降低尿蛋白排泄的功能,同时具有明显改善阿霉素肾病大鼠肾脏结构病变的作用。Objective To observe the mechanism of ＂Xiaobai Granule＂. Methods Animal model of Adrianycin-induced nephropathy in rats was replicated according to Bertani＇s method.Treatment group was treated by the Granule and control group by Baoshenkang for their effects on renal tissues of nephropathy in rats. Results The Granule could improve pathomorphology changes of renal tissues and glomerular. Conclusion This Granule can reduce urinary protein discharge and significantly improve kidney tissues.
