核素心肌显像对心肌疾病诊断价值的探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨核素心肌显像对心肌疾病的诊断价值。方法：对２５例正常人和７９例各种心肌疾病（心肌炎、扩张型心肌病、退行性心脏病、高血压性心脏病）病人用静态平面２０１铊心肌显像，观察其在心肌内分布情况。结果：￣（２０１）铊心肌显像异常的总敏感性为８６．１％，特异性为９２％，心肌炎和扩张型心肌病的敏感性分别为９６．８％和１００％，均明显高于其他二种心脏病（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论：核素心肌显像对临床上疑似心肌炎和扩张型心肌病者，可作为一个有较高价值的检测手段。Objective:To investigate the value of myocardial radionuclide images in diagnosing myocar- dial pathological changes。Methods:Using myocardial thallium-20l images we observed 25 normal per- sons and 79 patients with various kinds of myocardial pathological changes myocarditis,dilated car- diomyopathy,degenerative heart disease,hypertensive heart disease)and how thallium-20l is distrli-buted (over)in their myocardium,Results:The general sensibility of the abnormal thallium-20l images 1s 86.1%,the specificity is 92%,the sensibility of myocarditis and dilated cardiomyopathy is 96.8%and 100%,respectively;both are obviously higher than the other two kinds of heart diseases(P<0. 001).Conclusiou:The myocardial thallium-20l image is a valuable method to distinguish myocarditis from di lated cardiomyopathy.
