摘 要:采用自行改进的银球三电极和高灵敏应变片传感器记录了普通和无菌Wistar大鼠胃电和胃运动,并进行了比较分析。与普通大鼠比较,无菌大鼠胃电快波减少,慢波及胃运动节律和振幅显著减少和下降,胃电活动明显减弱,胃运动乏力。胃对某些药物的反应敏感性有所降低,表现为反应潜伏期延长,反应持续时间缩短和反应幅度下降。结果提示,无菌大鼠胃的形态与生理机能可能有部分改变。Using electrode and highly sensitive strain sensor to record alterations of gastroelectric activity and gastric motility, during conventional (CV) rats and germ free (GF) rats were conducted. We have made a comparative study and analysis on the gastric electro-machanic activity of the GF and CV rats. As compared with CV rats,frequency of fast wave was decreased in GF rats, rhythm and amplitute of slow wave and gastric motility were reduced and declined significantly. Gastroelectric activity was obviously reduced. Gastric motility remained weak. Sensitivity of stomach to some drugs also was reduced. It mainly shown that latency of activity was prolonged,duration of which was decreased and amplitute of which reduced significantly.
