摘 要:聚丙烯纤维混凝土柔性喷层是软岩巷道支护中一种新型的喷层形式。通过对聚丙烯纤维混凝土的抗拉、抗压、抗剪等力学性质测试,分析了聚丙烯纤维混凝土对软岩支护的适应性。结合顾桥矿工程应用,从耐久性、抗渗性、经济性和施工技术等方面系统地研究了聚丙烯纤维混凝土喷层的性能。与普通混凝土喷层相比,聚丙烯纤维混凝土喷层中的应力分布较均匀,同时具有较好的让压能力。工业性试验表明,聚丙烯纤维混凝土喷层具有较高的推广应用价值。The polypropylene fibre concrete is the new kind of concrete flexible shotcrete layer forms in the soft rock tunnel supporting engineering. Juding the result of tension, resisting compression and sheafing of mechanics quality tests upon polypropylene fibre concretes, the paper gives a statement of analysis in its adaptability to soft rock supporting. Combining application in engineering project of Guqiao coal mine, such research about polypropylene fibre concrete shotcrete layer, taking into consideration a spectrum of technical factors as endurance, penetration-proof quality, economy and construction techniques, is analyzed in depth and described in this paper. Compared with the general concrete spray layer, the stress distribution is more homogeneous and the yield ability is better in polypropylene fiber concrete spray layer. Commerical test indicating the polypropylene fibre concretes shotcrete layer has very high value and vast development foreground of application.
