摘　　要：农村基层党组织学习实践“三个代表”重要思想,建立永葆共产党先进性的长效机制,首先要明确机制与机制建设的内涵及特点;其次要根据农村基层全面贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的任务和农村基层党组织及党员干部群众的实际情况,确定好长效机制建设的基本目标和主要任务。When the countryside basic unit of our Party studies and practices ＂Three Represents＂, and sets up advanced persistent mechanism, the first important thing is to make clear about the connotations and the characteristics of the mechanism; according to the actual situation, the second important is to set the basic goal and the primary mission of the mechanism.
