摘 要:目的:建立乳腺小叶增生颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。以控制该产品的质量。方法:采用HPLC法.色谱柱为Gemini C18(250mm×4.6mm.5μm),柱温:30℃;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(20:80.v/v).流速1.0mL·min;检测波长230nm。结果:芍药苷的进样量在0.10024~1.0024μg范围内.与其峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.79%.RSD为1.92%。结论:方法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于乳腺小叶增生颗粒剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determinations of the content of Paeoniflorin in Ruxianxiaoyezengsheng granules. METHODS The assay was performed on a Gemini C18 column (250 mm× 4. 6 mm.5μm) by UV detection at 230nm with acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid (20:80)as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min ^-1. RESULTS The amount of Paeoniflorin was linear with its area over the range from 0. 1002 to 1. 0024 μg(r= 0. 9999). The average recovery and the relative standard deviation of Paeoniflorin were 100. 79% and 1.92% (n = 6).respectively. CONCLUSION The method is be sensitive, accurate and can be used for the quality control of the TCM preparation Ruxianxiaoye Zengsheng granules.
