摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定复方天麻颗粒中天麻素的含量，以便更有效的控制其内在质量。方法采用Waters C18柱（250mm×4．6mm）色谱柱；乙腈-0．05％磷酸溶液（3：97）；流速为1．0ml·min^-1；检测波长为220nm。结果天麻素在3．22mg·L^-1-0．16g·L^-1范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为98．53％，RSD=1．38％。结论该法准确、简便、灵敏度高，可用于复方天麻颗粒中天麻素的含量测定，提高后的标准可以有效的控制产品质量。Aim To establish a method for determination of gastrodin in compound Tianma granules. Methods The determination of gastrodin was carried out by HPLC with Waters C18 （250 mm× 4.6 mm） Column, actonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution as a mobile phase,detection wavelength at 220 nm, flow rate at 1.0 ml ·min^-1. Results The method showed a good linear relationship in 3.22 mg ·L^-1 - 0.16 g ·L^-1. The average recovery （ n = 6 ） was 98.53 % , RSD = 1.38%. Conclusion The method is accurate, simple, specific,and can be used for quality control of compound Tianma granules.
