摘  要:介绍了pp膜在浸渍和不浸渍时的热收缩试验结果,分析讨论了热收缩的变化规律及相互关系。认为,开始发生横向收缩的温度是pp膜热收缩特性变化过程中的一个重要转变点,它是选择pp膜工艺温度的重要依据,液体介质(AB)对膜尺寸的影响大于温度的影响,而温度对液体介质的这种影响具有促进加速的作用。由此得出了较为合理的干燥、浸渍温度。This paper reports the test results of thermal shrinkaeg of pp film at impregnation and non-imprc-gnatioil, and analyses and discusses the change law and the inter-relation for thermal shrinkage. It has been shown that the starting temperature bringing about cross direction shrinkage of pp film is one important break Point in the change course of thermal shrinkage and an important cvidence to choose technology temperature of pp film. The influence of dielectric liquid on the size of pp film is larger than that of tem perature, but the temperature plas a promotion part in such influence of dielectric liquid. By them, we suggest a more reasonable drying and impregnating temperature.
