手术室手术床垫和棉胎及体位垫细菌污染情况调查

摘　　要：目的调查使用后的手术床垫、棉胎和体位垫细菌污染情况,分析可能造成医院感染的相关因素。方法采用中华人民共和国卫生部《消毒技术规范》2002版GB15982-1995A3规定方法,对手术床垫、棉胎和体位垫各采样78份进行实验室细菌学调查。结果手术床垫、棉胎和体位垫均存在不同程度的菌群并且分布不同。结论手术床垫、棉胎和体位垫在细菌总数存在一定的差异,手术床垫的污染率比手术体位垫、棉胎高。Objective To investigate bacteriological contamination of bed mattress, cotton quilt and position mattress after operation and to analyze the possible factors causing contamination. Methods 78 samples of bed mattress, cotton quilt and position mattress were collected and detected through bacteriological lab, investigation, using the technique stipulated in the Regulation of Sterilization Techniques （Ministry of Heahh,GB15982-1995A3）. Results Different types of bacteria and different spreading condition were shown in bed mattress, cotton quilt and position mattress. Conclusion Different types of bacteria arc shown in bed mattress, cotton quilt and position mattress, the percentage of contamination in operation bed mattress is higher than that in position mattress and cotton quilt.
