摘  要:以草浆生产企业的制浆废液为主要原料,在中试生产线上经蒸发浓缩、脲醛交联改性和喷雾干燥制备得到粉状的生物质固沙材料。当固沙材料浓度为0.5%~1.0%,喷施用量在2~4L/m2时,在1d内快速形成厚1cm以上的固结层,可有效地固定沙土、防止风吹沙跑的作用。水中添加一定量的生物质固沙材料对种子的萌发和生物量的增加具有较明显的促进作用,溶液浓度为100~500mg/L时尤为显著。利用草浆废液合成的生物质固沙材料在较大浓度范围内可有效促进植物根系的生长发育,为实现合成固沙材料固沙与植被固沙相结合的复合固沙提供了可靠依据。Powder biomass sand stabilization material (BSSM) was prepared with the pulping effluent of the straw pulp enterprises as the main raw material and through the concentration by evaporation, urea-formaldehyde cross link modification and spray drying in a pilot scale production line. Sand was fixed and a crust of more than 1 cm was formed within 1 day when the product was sprayed on sand with a concentration of 0.5%-1.0% and the spray amount of 2-4 L/m^2. When a certain amount of BSSM was added into water, a clear promotion function for seeds germination and biomass increase could be observed, especially when the solution concentration was 100 - 500 mg/L. The BSSM synthesized from straw pulp effluent can effectively promote the growth and development of the root system of plants within a great concentration range, thus it serves as a reliable reason for the combinition of synthetized sand stabilization material and vegetative cover sand stabilization.
