摘  要:摘要建立了测定食品中苏丹红Ⅲ号的新方法薄层色谱一紫外可见分光光度法。用薄层色谱分离杂质,优化了分析条件,讨论了影响测定的因素。方法的线性回归方程为A=0.09096c-0.00354,在0.50-15.0μg/mL之间苏丹红Ⅲ号的浓度与吸光度成线性关系,相关系数r=0.9992,检出限为0.05μg/mL。A new method for determination of Sudan Ⅲ in foods by TLC - UV-Vis spectrophotometry was established. The impurities in the sample were separated by thin layer chromatography. Analytical conditions were optimized and the effect factors on the determination were discussed. The linear regression equation was A = 0. 090 96c - 0. 003 54 with linear correlation coefficient of 0. 999 2. The linear relationship was found between the absorbance and the concentration of sudan Ⅲ in the rang of 0.5 - 15 μg/mL. The detection limit was 0.05 μg/mL.
