摘　　要：信息机构在推动经济发展的过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用,加强信息机构管理,提高信息机构的X效率势在必行。围绕这一主题,本文阐述以下4个部分内容:信息机构的范围及作用;信息机构管理和X效率的提出;信息机构的运行分析;提高信息机构X效率的对策分析。Information organizations are playing a more and more important role in promoting the development of economy. In order to tighten up the management of information organizations, it＇s imperative to enhance the X-efficiency in information organizations. Enclosing this subject, the paper is divided into 4 parts： the scope and function of information organizations, tightening up the management of information organizations and the putting forward of X-efficiency, operational analysis of information organizations, and exploring the countermeasures of how to enhance the X- efficiency of information organizations.
