确定电子资源评价指标模糊权重的可行方法

摘　　要：本文应用模糊理论中的模糊关系和模糊转换法来处理专家群体对电子资源评价指标重要性的问卷调查和数据分析。以基于重心的解模糊化方法确定模糊权重值,充分利用专家所给出的评判信息,将提高最终评测结果的可信度。The concepts of Fuzzy relation and Fuzzy transformation in the Fuzzy theory are used to process the questionnaires and data analysis of the expert group for the weightiness of the electronic resources measuring indicators. Using the center of gravity-based defuzzification method to figure out the Fuzzy weight and utilizing the evaluation information from the expert group will improve the reliability of the final evaluation.
