摘 要:对复合材料汽车制动缸的材料设计和成型工艺进行了研究,对3种复合材料汽车制动缸进行了有限元分析,并与金属制动缸的有限元分析结果进行了比较。结果表明,在制动过程中,复合材料制动缸缸体的应力和位移都比较小,均可满足制动要求。The material design and molding techniques of composite for automobile brake cylinders were studied. The brake cylinders made of three kinds of composites were analyzed by finite element analysis method, and they were compared with metal brake cylinde. The results showed that the stress and displacement of composite automobile brake cylinders were small during the braking process, and they could meet the requirement of braking.
