摘　　要：阐述了铝合金低液位铸造生产线的特点,6082合金铸造时裂纹形成的原因。采取调整化学成分,提高熔体质量,调整铸造应力等措施防止铸造裂纹的形成。The characteristics of low metal level casting production line,the cause about cracking of 6082 aluminium in casting,the preventive about tacking are explained from three aspect, such as controlling chemical composition, increasing the slab quantity, controlling pull stress of casting.
