摘 要:采用快速凝固,粉末冶金(RS P/M)工艺制备了Al—Fe—Mo-Si/5(Zn-30Al)阻尼铝合金(LJ5A),详细研究坯料形状、单向压扁变形、交叉压扁变形对LJ5A挤压棒材室温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:LJ5A棒材的纵向(L)、横向(LT)和高向(ST)强度相近,但伸长率存在各向异性。LT单向压扁变形可明显改善锻件LT向的塑性,而保持强度无明显变化。LT/ST交叉压扁变形时,变形量在30.0%~45.0%可适当减小伸长率的各向异性。Al-Fe-Mo-Si/5(Zn-3OAl)damping aluminium alloy (LJ5A) was produced by rapidly solidified powder metallurgy (RS P/ M) process. The effects of billet shape,side-pressing and cross side-pressing on the room-temperature tensile properties of LJ5A extruded bar were investigated. The results show that strengths of LJ5A extruded .bar in longitudinal(L) ,long trarsversal(LT) and short transversal(ST) orientations are close, but the elongation exists anisotropy. Forging along LT deformation can improves the forging' s elongation of LT obviously without degradation of strength. Cross side-pressing between 30% and 45.0% along LT/ST may decrease the elongation anisotropy.
