摘 要:为了研究Galfan合金的耐腐蚀机理,通过盐雾试验研究了Galfan合金和纯Zn镀层的耐腐蚀性能,运用扫描电镜和能谱仪对镀层的组织成分进行分析,并相互比较,探讨了Galfan合金具有良好耐蚀性的原因。试验结果表明:Galfan合金钢丝镀层的腐蚀速率约为镀锌钢丝的2/5~5/7;Galfan合金的腐蚀性能主要受共晶结构和添加元素(Al、RE)的影响。Hot-dipping Galfan alloy coating and galvanizing coating were prepared on steel wires. The corrosion resistance of the hot-dipping Galfan alloy coating and galvanizing coating was compared using salt-fog test, while their microstructures and elemental compositions were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The factors affecting the corrosion resistance of the hot-dipping Galfan alloy coating were discussed as well. It was found that the hotdipping Galfan alloy coating on the surface of the steel wires showed good corrosion resistance, with the corrosion rate to be as much as 2/5~5/7 of that of the galvanizing coating. It was supposed that the excellent corrosion resistance of the hot-dipping Galfan coating was closely related to its eutectic structure and doping of Al and rare earth.
