摘 要:大型汽车涂装生产线上的通道温度可达40~50℃,湿度达90%~95%,磷化膜在这种高温高湿环境中极易发黄发花。介绍了胶体钛盐表调的成分及作用机理,分析了钛盐表调对磷化成膜发黄发花的影响,通过对表调使用工艺的改进,可提高生产过程中磷化膜质量。The temperature and humidity at the passage of the production line of large-scale automobile coating are as high as 40~50 ℃ and 90%~95%, respectively. The phosphating coating used for the automobiles is liable to worsen in color and appearance (turning into yellow and generating corroded pits) in such high temperature and humidity. Thus a colloidal Ti-salt (Ti 4+ ) was used to modulate the phosphating coating. The action mechanisms of the Ti-salt were discussed, while the effectiveness of the colloidal Ti-salt in preventing worsening in color and appearance of the phosphating coating was investigated. It was found that the compactness and uniformity of the phosphating coating was considerably increased after modulation by the colloidal Ti-salt, which contributed to effectively preventing the phosphating coating from turning into yellow and getting rid of pitting as well.
