摘  要:本文应用超临界CO_2萃取技术对青果(Canarium album)进行脂肪油的提取,并用GC/MS联用技术测定了其中脂肪酸的成分及其相对含量,结果除主要成分与文献基本一致外,十六烯酸、亚麻酸、花生酸、花生烯酸及山嵛酸为首次在青果中发现。The fatty oils were extracted from Canarium album Raeusch by Supercritical CO2 Fluid Extraction. And their fatty acids and its relaticve contents were determined by gas chromatograghy - mass spectrometry. Besides the main constituents according with the literature, the many other new compositions were obtained from the species for the first time, such as heXadecylenic acid, linolenic acid, arachidic acid, eicosenoic acid, docosanoic acid.
