摘 要:以咪唑基离子液体(im i-IL)为抗静电剂与聚丙烯(PP)熔融共混制备出PP/im i-IL共混复合材料,并对材料的抗静电性能、抗静电耐擦洗性能和力学性能进行了测试。结果表明,咪唑基离子液体在显著提高PP的抗静电性能和抗静电剂耐擦洗性能的同时,材料的冲击强度虽略有下降,但拉伸强度提高。Antistatic Polypropylene (PP) was prepared via blending PP and [C14 mim]C1, which is one kind of imidazolium ionic liquid (imi-IL), as antistatic agent. Relationships between the mass fraction of antistatic agents (HKD-151,HKD 520, [C14 mim]Cl) and the surface resistivity of PP were studied. Results show that the blend of PP/imi-IL has better antistatic properly when the weight ratio of (C14 mim]Cl is only 1% in it. Comparing with HKD-151 and HKD-520, [C14 mim]Cl has obviously effects in increasing the antistatic property of PP, water-resistance of antistatic agents and mechanics properties of the PP/imi-IL blend have also been tested. Results show thal the antistatic properties and water-resistent properties of PP/imi-IL blend were improved when the impact strength decreased slightly, hut tensile strength increased.
