摘 要:采用红外光谱(IR)测定了乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(A171)接枝聚乙烯的硅烷特征吸收峰的吸光比,使用电感藕合等离子发射光谱仪(ICP—AES)测得硅炕接枝LLDPE、LDPE和HDPE的接枝率分别为0.671%~0.988%、0.349%~0.972%和0.254%~0.750%.与IR谱图结合,得到了吸光比与接枝率的标准工作曲线;采用核磁共振仪(NMR)测定了硅烷接技聚乙烯的^1H和^13C谱图,测算了接枝率和结构变化.验证了IR和ICP—AES的结果。A series of trimethoxysilane (A171) grafted polyethylenes were prepared by using the twin screw extruder. The grafted polyethylenes were investigated by the IRanalysis, the 1R absorbance ratio of them was measured. At the same time, grafting ratio of silane was determined with Inductive Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometry (ICP-AES), the grafting ratio of LLDPE, LDPE and HDPE is 0. 698%~1. 028%.0. 363%~1. 010% and 0. 264%~0. 781% respectively, as a result, the standard work curve of absorbance ratio and the grafting ratio were confirmed. At last the grafting ratio and variety of structure of grafted polyethylene were mea- sured by ^1H and ^13C NMR spectra, the result of the IR and ICP-AES be verified too.
