摘 要:大豆是重要的经济作物,目前大豆的品质性状是大豆育种的主要目标,因此对大豆品质性状的研究对其育种和生产均有重要意义。实验利用高油品种东农47、高产品种黑农37、高蛋白品种东农42,通过生殖生长期的动态取样研究品质性状积累规律。研究表明,大豆的蛋白质含量在积累过程中高蛋白品种始终最高,高油品种基本处于最低水平,高产品种介于其间;大豆油分含量在积累过程中高油品种始终最高,高蛋白品种最低,高产品种仍介于其间。蛋白质含量占籽粒干物质的比重在籽粒形成初期就已确定,到籽粒成熟期比重变化很小。油分含量也具有同样特性。Soybean is a very important economy crop, and soybean quality trait is one of main aims to soybean breeding. So study on the quality trait is very substantial to soybean breeding and production. This experiment studied the dynamic accumulation of soybean quality trait with the high oil variety Dongnong47, the high yield variety Heinong37 and the high protein variety Dongnong42. The results showed that the protein content of high protein variety kept highest during the dynamic sampling in vegetative period, and that of high oil variety kept lowest. The oil content of high oil variety kept highest during the dynamic sampling in vegetative period, and that of high protein variety kept lowest. The conclusion could be used to direct the soybean high quality breeding and production. The proportion of protein content in seed dry matter weight has been confirmed in the early time of seed forming. The proportion varies in a small range. Oil content has the same regulation.
