摘  要:瘦蛋白受体(OBR)属于Ⅰ类细胞因子超家族受体,其在瘦蛋白的信号转导途径中起着关键的作用。本研究采用半定量RT-PCR方法检测鸡OBR基因在不同发育阶段(1日龄,2,4,6,8和10周龄)的肉鸡和蛋鸡肝脏组织中的表达情况。结果发现,OBR基因在肉鸡和蛋鸡肝脏中表达存在差异,除4周龄外,其它时期肉鸡OBR基因表达水平均高于蛋鸡。研究结果同时表明,饲料能量水平影响OBR基因的表达水平。OBR gene is a member of the class I cytokine receptor family and signals via janus-activated kinases (JAK)/signal transducers and activators of transcription (STAT) pathway, and plays an important role in regulating body energy store and metabolism. The present study was designed to investigate the expression difference of the OBR gene in liver tissue between different breeds. The expression level of OBR gene in liver tissue from meat-type and layer-type chickens of hatching, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 weeks of age were detected by semiquantitative RT-PCR assay, and the results showed that the expression level of OBR gene was related with breeds. The expression level of OBR gene in broiler is higher than that in layer at various weeks of age except at 4 weeks of age. OBR gene expression level can be affected by energy level in feed, and the higher energy in feed will enhance the expression level of OBR gene in broiler and layer.
