摘  要:分别用来自黑龙江省猪、犬体内的旋毛虫和国际标准虫种旋毛形线虫(Trichinella spiralis)和本地毛形线虫(Trichinella nativa)感染兔,在-20℃和-30℃条件下对其进行冷冻试验。结果表明,猪旋毛虫和T.spiralis对低温耐受性较差,兔肌肉内的猪旋毛虫幼虫在-20℃经7 d、在-30℃经1 d就失去感染性,T.spiralis的幼虫在-20℃经1 d、在-30℃经1 d已全部死亡;而犬旋毛虫和T.nativa对低温抵抗力较强,犬旋毛虫幼虫在-20℃经20 d、在-30℃经过23 d仍未失去活力,T.nativa的幼虫在-20℃经36 d、在-30℃经28 d才失去感染性。Freeze resistance of Trichinella from swine and dog, and the international standard isolates: Trichinella spiralis and Trichinella nativa in rabbits was compared. It was found that resistance to low temperature refrigeration of 4 Trichinella isolates in rabbit muscle was significantly different. Dog isolate and T. nativa were more resistant to freeze than swine isolate and T. spiralis in rabbit muscle. Swine isolate and T. spiralis would become uninfective after 7 days and 1 day at -20 ℃ as well as lday and lday at -30 ℃ in rabbit, respectively, but dog isolate and T. nativa could survive after 20 days and 36 days at -20 ℃ as well as 23 days and 28 days at -30 ℃ in rabbit, respectively.
