摘　　要：思想政治教育是中国社会所特有的社会化模式,功能的发挥是直接关系到思想政治教育整体效能的发挥及思想政治教育的价值实现的关键问题,价值是基于思想政治教育对社会生活所具有的功能而生成的存在合理性,二者存在着不可分割的联系,价值依赖于功能,功能具有现实的价值性,两者都具有有限性与时代性。The ideological and political education is a unique model of socialization in China. The serving of its functions is a key to the realization of its efficiency and the value. Its Value is a exist rationalization based on the functions of the ideological and political education which influences the social life. So its value and its function link together as the value is based on the function and the function has practical valuable. Both of the function and the value are finite and contemporary.
