摘　　要：控制信息系统开发进度与开发高质量的信息系统是密切相关的。本文从信息系统开发的特点入手,研究了信息系统项目开发的进度管理与信息系统质量控制的内在关系,提出了“质量上升区间”的概念,分析了因各开发阶段交叠产生的信息系统质量控制复杂性,探讨了质量控制与进度管理的协调原则。There is close correlation between the progress management of information system and the high grade information system development. Proceeding with characteristic of information system developmeet, this paper has studied the intrinsic relations between the information system project development progress management and the information system quality control, and Put forward a new eoncept-Quality Rising Sector. The reason, why getting a high grade information system is complex, has been analyzed. Also, the coordinated prineiples between the quality control and the progress management have been discussed.
