摘　　要：Sigtran（信令传送）是支持通过IP网络传输SCN（电路交换网络）信令协议的协议栈.该协议栈支持SCN信令协议分层模型定义中的层间标准原语接口,从而保证已有的SCN信令应用可以未经修改地使用,同时也利用标准的IP传输协议作为传输底层,通过增加自身的功能来满足SCN信令的特殊传输要求.主要介绍Sigtran协议的应用背景、实现功能、基本概念、组成结构以及相关协议,最后介绍Sigtran在现网中的应用.Sigtran protocol stack is the method for support the standard primitive interface ensure that the application of the SCN transmitting the SCN signaling in IP of the hierarchical model of the SCN signaling can be used without network. It can signaling, and modifying, and use the way of enhancing the function of itself to meet the special requirement of transmitting the SCN signaling message. This article introduces the background of application, the function, the basic concept, the structure of composing of Sigtran, and at last the application of Sigtran in the current network is also introduced.
