摘　　要：中美纺织品贸易争端在2005年再度成为双方经贸关系的热点问题。我们用一个自动出口限制模型说明加强行业自律和政府出口控制对解决此类贸易纠纷,实现进出口双方帕累托改进的积极意义。Sino-American textile trade conflicts in 2005 became a hot issue of bilateral trade relations between China and USA. We use a VER model to highlight the significance of industrial self-control and export contraints by government to resolve such kinds of trade conflicts and thereby resulting in bilateral pareto-improvment.
