摘　　要：在资讯时代,什么是好的大学图书馆的问题在相当程度上取决于大学图书馆长是什么样的。本文探问在资讯时代大学图书馆长的资质问题。文中基于大学图书馆长承担的不同角色而对大学图书馆长不同方面的资质进行了相应的分析,这种分析将有望对怎样构建好的大学图书馆这一更大的问题提供启发。In the age of information, the problem of what makes up a good college library lies, to a considerable degree, in who is the curator of the library. This article deals with the problem of ,hat qualification a curator of a college library should have in the age of information. Different kinds of qualifications are analyzed in accordance with different roles played by the curator which are supposed to shed light on the greater problem of what constitute a good college library.
